What this site collects

Nothing automatically. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and every other file are served from this site, so visiting it sends no data to third parties.

Like any website, the company that hosts it may record standard request logs (IP address, browser type and the time of the request) for security and reliability, under its own policy.

The home page shows the overlap between your working day and mine using your browser's own time-zone setting. That is worked out in your browser and never sent anywhere.

When you contact me

The contact form opens your own email app with your message written out. Nothing is sent until you press send there. What you send by email (your name, address, company and message) is used only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. It is not added to any mailing list.

I keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for that purpose, and delete it on request.

Client data during an engagement

Employee, candidate and company data I handle for a client is governed by our agreement, and for UK and EU clients by a data processing agreement. See Data and security.

Your rights

• Ask what personal information I hold about you, and get a copy.
• Ask me to correct or delete it.
• Object to any use of it.

Email sulagna.adhikaryhr99@gmail.com and I respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

California residents: I do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined in California law, and I do not use it for targeted advertising.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

If this site ever adds a form service, analytics or anything else that collects data, this page will name it before it goes live, and the date above will change.
