Hiring support add-on
For up to 2 open roles at a time.
$600 a month
A sourcing vendor finds candidates
Your agency, or one you hire, sources CVs and makes the first calls. I run everything after that: the shortlist, interview scheduling, candidate updates, interviewer feedback, references and offer paperwork. You pay the vendor directly.
$900 a month
You provide a sourcing seat
With a LinkedIn Recruiter seat paid for by you, I source candidates myself, screen CVs and run the first calls, then everything above.
Added to Operations, or taken as the extra track in Operations Partner. I promise activity, not hires.
What the price compares to
The honest comparison is a full-time hire, and the point of part-time is paying for the hours the work actually takes.
Salary: US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Outlook Handbook, Human Resources Specialists, median pay May 2025 (bls.gov). A part-time service is not the same as an employee; the comparison is about cost for the hours a 10 to 30-person team needs.
Terms, in plain words
- Month to month, paid in advance in US dollars.
- Cancel with 30 days' notice. No setup fee and no annual contract.
- A short consulting agreement, or your standard contractor agreement through Deel or Remote.
- Legal questions go to your lawyer or PEO. I run the process and the tools; they own the legal answer.
In every package
- Ready before Day 1. Every new joiner has documents collected, accounts requested and a written first-week plan before their first day.
- Closed on the last day. Every leaver's access checklist is completed on their last working day. Where I have no admin rights, your admin clicks the final buttons from my list.
- Nothing renews by surprise. Every software subscription and contractor contract sits in one register, with renewals flagged 30 days ahead.
- A report every Friday. Five headings in the same order every week, with one called "Needs you". Written so it takes two minutes to read.
Billing questions
When do I pay?
Monthly, in advance, in US dollars. The first month is invoiced when we agree the scope; work starts when it is paid.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer or Wise. If you already pay international contractors through Deel or Remote, that works too.
Is there a contract?
A short consulting agreement, or your standard contractor agreement. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice.
What if I need something outside the package?
Fixed work has a fixed, published price. Anything open-ended is scoped on a call and quoted in writing before it starts.
Can I change packages?
Yes, from the start of any month, up or down.
