From a 20-minute call to a Friday report in your inbox
A fixed path, so you know what happens in the first week, the first month and every week after.
- 1Week 0
A 20-minute call
You tell me your team size and what is eating your week. I tell you which package fits, or that I am not the right fit and who would be.
- 2Week 0
The scope in writing
Within one working day: a one-page scope with the package, what is included, what is not and a start date. Then a short consulting agreement, or your contractor agreement through Deel or Remote. For UK and EU teams, a data processing agreement and the standard contractual clauses as well.
- 3Week 1
Access and an audit
You create accounts for me in your tools, with only the access each task needs. I map how people ops and admin run today: every tool, every contractor, every open joiner and leaver, every renewal.
- 4Month 1
The basics in place
Onboarding and offboarding checklists written for your company, the software and contractor register built, the first automation running and the first Friday report in your inbox.
- 5Ongoing
Every week after that
The work runs on a rhythm: your queue cleared before your day starts, and a written report every Friday with one section called "Needs you".
Working from India, on your clock
India does not change its clocks; the US, the UK and Europe do. The table below is worked out for today's date.
- US teams: most of my working hours fall while you sleep, so you wake up to finished work. Live calls until 10:30 pm IST on three evenings a week, plus occasional midnight calls for West Coast teams.
- UK and European teams: my working hours cover your whole morning and early afternoon, Monday to Friday.
| Your team in | My working hours, Monday to Friday | Overlap with your 9 to 6 | Call evenings, three a week |
|---|---|---|---|
| New York | 1:30 am to 10:00 am | 9:00 am to 10:00 am | 10:00 am to 1:00 pm |
| San Francisco | 10:30 pm to 7:00 am | None | 7:00 am to 10:00 am |
| Austin | 12:30 am to 9:00 am | None | 9:00 am to 12:00 pm |
| Denver | 11:30 pm to 8:00 am | None | 8:00 am to 11:00 am |
| London | 6:30 am to 3:00 pm | 9:00 am to 3:00 pm | 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm |
| Dublin | 6:30 am to 3:00 pm | 9:00 am to 3:00 pm | 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm |
| Berlin | 7:30 am to 4:00 pm | 9:00 am to 4:00 pm | 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm |
| Amsterdam | 7:30 am to 4:00 pm | 9:00 am to 4:00 pm | 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm |
All times are in your time zone. Call evenings add live time on the evenings I hold them; working hours are every weekday.
Where the work happens
In your tools, not mine. Everything I build stays in your accounts.
- Talking
- Your Slack or Teams for quick questions, and Google Meet or Zoom for calls. Replies within one working day on every package.
- Tracking
- A shared board or checklist in the tool you already use, so you can see the status of anything at any time.
- Reporting
- The Friday report by email or in a channel you choose. Five headings, same order every week.
- Records
- Your HR platform and your shared drive. Nothing kept on my side.
