Accessibility

Last updated October 2026

This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What has been done

  • Text and controls meet AA color contrast, checked with an automated audit (axe) on every page.
  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
  • Headings, landmarks, tables and form labels are marked up so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Animation is reduced or removed when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Pages reflow to a single column on small screens and at 400% zoom.
  • Moving elements (the strip of former employers and the counting numbers) stop when your device asks for reduced motion, and pause when you hover over them.
